A member of our team will assist you within two working days.
Note that walk-ins are permitted.

  • Once the defect has been identified, kindly discontinue use otherwise we may be unable to process a refund if the item has been used.
  • Do not discard any items unless expressly instructed to do so by our team.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.
  • sale items are non-returnable and cannot be refunded.
  • To return a defective item notify us within seven (7) days of discovering faults. A refund/replacement process will be initiated as soon as practicable.
  • This refund policy is applicable to only items with latent defects
